I have been sort of dreading the day Jake loses his front teeth. I remember when Sam lost his front teeth, and how different he looked when the permanent teeth grew in. They looked too big for his little boy face, and then his little boy face turned into a big-boy face! My kids are growing so fast, and the losing of front teeth marks a time of rapid change. Jake does look super cute with his tooth missing! Now I want him to lose the other one, so we can sing "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!'.
By the way-Jake was very brave about the puling out of this tooth...unlike our experience with the bottom teeth! He just let me pull it out after a week or so of wiggling obsessively.
No need to worry about his two front teeth and his other wiggly tooth, they will comeback with a vengeance sooner or later! And yep, Jake still looks charming in this photo! Hope our kids will look this way forever! =D
